Use of our curriculum packages and access to support resources and new consumables is subject to licensing. Licenses are attached to the customer, not to the physical materials, and do not transfer. We offer two different licensing options for each of our curriculum packages. Please be informed about license permissions before ordering, and before buying or selling used materials.
We ship orders within 2 to 3 business days. If our shipping department is temporarily closed for an event or needs an additional business day, a notice is posted at the top of the Shop page.
We provide tracking numbers for all items. Tracking information is sent via email when your order is processed for shipment.
We ship by USPS Priority Mail; certain items or shipping destinations qualify for regional rates or Media Mail. When you place your order and enter your full address, any shipping options available to you are shown in your updated cart.
USPS Priority Mail takes 2 days to a U.S. address. Shipments to Canada, Mexico, and international destinations can take at least a week, primarily due to Customs. You can use your shipment tracking number to see if your shipment is being processed by Customs.
Please note that we mark all international shipments as “Educational Material.” Occasionally some of our international customers are charged a Customs fee. We have no control over this, and the logic behind the fee amount and when it is applied is not known to us. We are unable to provide reimbursement if your order happens to be selected for a Customs fee. Thank you for understanding.
As a courtesy to our Canadian and other international customers, we cover $20 USD of the total shipping charge on orders of $100 or more that are shipped to a non-U.S. address. This $20 discount is included in the automated shipping calculation during Checkout, based on your shipping address. You do not have to request it or enter a code.
We regret that international shipping rates are prohibitively expensive. We would offer cheaper options if they provided reliable, insured delivery, but at the present time, they do not.
If you would like to return your order, we offer a full refund if you contact us about making the return within 30 days of receiving your shipment and if the materials are still in new condition (discs undamaged, books unmarked). Contact us at 1-888-481-4550 or email@example.com.
If it has been more than 30 days since you received your order, and/or some of your materials are no longer in new condition, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. We may be able to offer you a partial refund.
We are not able to refund original shipping charges or cover return shipping. The method of return shipment is your choice, however we believe it is in your best interest to:
- Avoid using Media Mail. Media Mail shipments frequently arrive damaged, meaning that your “new condition” return may not be in “new condition” by the time it arrives.
- Pay for some form of delivery confirmation.
Refunds are issued upon receipt of the returned materials, in the form of original payment.

There is no penalty for canceling or correcting an order if it has not yet left our office for the post office. If you need to cancel or correct an order, email email@example.com as soon as possible. You can also call 1-888-481-4550, but an email is most effective.
If your order has already left our office for the post office, we cannot refund your shipping charge, but we issue a full refund once the shipment is returned to us. You can choose to refuse the shipment when it is delivered, meaning that the shipment will return to sender. Please be aware that USPS Priority Mail takes 2 days for delivery but is much slower for returns to sender, and their tracking on returning shipments is less informative.
