I, the undersigned, affirm that the entire content of the video I am submitting (“depiction”), including all audio and video content, is an original work of my own creation, and my sole property for which I hold the exclusive copyright. Clear Water Press, publisher of The One Year Adventure Novel, has my permission to freely use the depiction; they may sell, display, perform, distribute, publish, republish, promote and create derivative works from the depiction. However, they are under no obligation to use it. I understand that I will not be paid, and I agree to respect the decision of the judge(s).
