Summer Workshop Student Helper Application

Fill out this application by 11:59 p.m. Central on April 19, 2026, if you are interested in attending the 2026 Summer Workshop as a Student Helper. You will receive a reply by April 24.

To be eligible for a Student Helper position, you must:

  1. Be 18 or older on June 8, 2026.
  2. Have attended the Summer Workshop before.
  3. Be planning to stay on-site in the Girls’ or Boys’ Dorm (not the Family Dorm).
  4. Assist Camp Counselor with nightly check-in (11:15 p.m. – 11:45 p.m.)
  5. Be able to arrive at MNU by 2:00 p.m. Monday, June 8, and stay on-site until 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, June 13.
  6. Have a working cell phone with you at the workshop.
  7. Be willing to be on call for staff and Camp Counselors.

The periods in which we need the most help are Monday afternoon and Saturday morning. You will need to make your travel plans accordingly. If you will be flying, keep shuttle times in mind.(Required)

Background Check Acknowledgement

To ensure the safety of our students, we will run background checks on every accepted Student Helper. We may reach out if we need more information than has been provided with your Student Registration. Passing this check is required.
