Optional shuttle service to and from the Kansas City International Airport (code “MCI”) and MidAmerica Nazarene University. The cost is $95 per passenger. Please see our event web page for the window of time in which shuttles will run.

If you only need a one-way shuttle, please enter “N/A” in any fields that don’t apply and then email info@oneyearnovel.com  to request a 50 percent refund.

  • We will organize ticket information by the email address you enter here, meaning that you must enter this SAME email address for any other tickets YOU buy for the Summer Workshop. (Other family members buying their own tickets should list their own email addresses, not the same one as you.)
  • We strongly recommend traveling with a cell phone and wearing OYAN apparel, for easy recognition.
  • We will send your arrival shuttle details to this email address.

    We do not provide pick-up shuttle service on other travel dates.
  • We only need the airline of your flight to Kansas City, even if you have connecting flights with other airline carriers.

    We do not provide drop-off shuttle service outside the window of 7:00 a.m. - 11:45 a.m. on Saturday.
  • We only need the airline of your flight out of Kansas City, even if you have connecting flights with other airline carriers.
  • We only need the flight number of your flight out of Kansas City, even if you have connecting flights with other airline carriers.

    - WE CANNOT PROVIDE SHUTTLE SERVICE FOR FLIGHTS BEFORE 9:00 A.M. - Departure time as listed on your flight ticket. We schedule shuttles to drop you off at least one hour from departure time (domestic flights), or two hours from departure time (international flights). Kansas City is a small airport with one TSA security checkpoint. This is sufficient time.
    Canada counts as an international destination. Please mark "Yes" even if your trip from Kansas City has a US layover.
